When you request access, VolatileShares collects your name, email address, and Revolut payment reference. Do not submit card numbers, bank details, PINs, passwords, or identity documents.

How membership information is used
This notice applies to the private SignalDesk pilot and the membership-request form. It should be reviewed by an appropriately qualified privacy professional before broader commercialization.
Purpose and lawful use
The information is used to match a payment, administer member access, prevent duplicate requests, provide support, and maintain necessary transaction records. It is not sold or used for advertising.
Storage and access
Pilot membership records are stored in Microsoft Azure in West US 2 and are accessible only to the application and its administrator. Access codes are stored only as one-way SHA-256 hashes.
Retention and your choices
Records are retained only while needed to administer access, support payment reconciliation, and meet applicable obligations. Contact the operator through the published WhatsApp channel to request access, correction, or deletion, subject to records that must lawfully be retained.
Important location notice
This pilot uses the existing West US 2 Azure environment selected for the deployment. Before onboarding customers who require EEA-only processing, move customer records to an appropriate EU region and document the applicable international-transfer safeguards.
